As PART of efforts to operationalise the Ghana Trade House in the United Kingdom, the Ghana High Commissioner to the UK, H.E. Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, has led a high-impact business and market outreach in Birmingham, engaging Ghanaian-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.

The strategic engagement is aimed at unlocking new trade and investment opportunities while strengthening economic cooperation between Ghana and the UK. Through direct interactions with business owners, H.E. Mrs Benson explored practical ways the Ghana Trade House will serve as a gateway for expanding Ghanaian businesses, boosting exports, and improving access to the UK and European markets.
The High Commissioner listened closely to the experiences, challenges, and success stories of Ghanaian entrepreneurs, reaffirming government support for diaspora-led enterprise.



She highlighted the Trade House as a one-stop hub designed to promote Ghanaian products and services, facilitate partnerships, and connect businesses to investment and market opportunities.
This outreach forms part of the Ghana High Commission’s broader drive to position Ghana as a competitive trade and investment destination while encouraging the Ghanaian diaspora to play an active role in national economic growth.
