THREE GOVERNMENT ministers, led by the Minister for Defence, Hon. Dr. Edward Omane Boamah have visited Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates writing their papers at examination centres in Burma Camp to offer them encouragement and motivation ahead of their Mathematics paper.

The visit saw the Minister for Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, and the Deputy Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Hon. Rita Naa Odoley Sowah, MP for La Dade-Kotopon Constituency, and the Municipal Director of Education, Madam Habiba Kotomah joined the Defence Minister to interact with the students.

The ministers urged the candidates to remain focused, confident, and determined as they approach the final stages of their examination.

The Defence Minister expressed gratitude to his colleagues for the solidarity and uplifting words shared with the young learners. He praised the candidates for their composure and wished them success.

In a related remark, former Communications Minister, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, highlighted the significance of collaboration in addressing Ghana’s broader challenges.

He assured that under the leadership of John Dramani Mahama, efforts are underway to reset the country and restore hope and opportunities for all, particularly the youth.
