THE VISITATION of the highly rated Running Mate of President John Dramani Mahama, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman at Makola Market in Accra has over the week electrified the atmosphere.
The energy was incredible as Prof. Opoku-Agyeman interacted with both entrepreneurs, shop-owners and shoppers, all of whom passionately agreed that Ghana needs to change direction.
It was uplifting to see such widespread concern and commitment to reset the country for better. The NDC Running Mate charged the market to ditch NPP to bring the NDC because the Women’s Banking is coming to assist all women in Ghana.
The concern of the crowd was the protection of their votes; but the NDC Running Mate was quick to assure them that their votes would surely be protected.
She highlighted the significance of their voices in shaping the nation’s future. “Together, we can create a path toward progress and prosperity”, Prof. Naana pointed out.
Hearing their stories and aspirations was truly inspiring, as she left the market feeling even more motivated to work for the change Ghanaians are calling for.
To this, she charged the crowd to help continue to unite and work towards building the Ghana everyone wants.
